speaking interview
In speaking class, we have to answer some interview questions. So I had to consider the question's answer. I have considered that. So I write it now.
1, Tell me about your self?
My name is Yui. I am twenty years old. I am Kumamoto Gakuen University student. I major in English, so I study English everyday. My hometown is Saga. So I live by myself. I am a member of softball club. So I play softball five days a week. I like to play softball very much. My hobby is doing furfing. I like surfing very much. I go to MIyazaki once a week to do surfing.
2, What is your great strength?
I can keep doing something. I don't give up anytime. I have played softball since I entered this University. To practice is very hard. Especially summer and winter. Summer is very hot and winter is very cold outside. So it is very hard, but I never given up, so I can keep doing what I decided to do.
3,What is your weakness?
I am not good at getting up in the morning. I always go to bed early, but sometimes I get up late. When I was a high school student, I often get up late. But I try to get up on time. I bought many alarm clocks.
4, Why do you want to leave present position?
I am an university student, but I want to learn many things. To work is very hard, but I can learn many things that I can't learn now. I want to be a police woman. Then I want to keep this town a good place to live, because I like Kumamoto very much.
5, Why should we hire you?
Because my zeal for this work is very high. I have wanted to be a police woman since I was a junior high school student. If you hire me, I work as hard as I can. I have played softball for a long time, so I have much power to work.
6, Where can you see five years later?
I will be working as a police woman in Kumamoto. I will be a traffic warden. I will do road safety compaign, I will go to nursery school, then I will tell them rule of traffic. I will keep Kumamoto a good place to live.
7, Where do you want to work? Place, ideal company?
I want to work in Kumamoto, because people in Kumamoto are very kind, and there are much nature and buildings, so I like Kumamoto very much. There, I want to be a police woman who is reliable. I want to work a police box which everyone can relieve.
8,Why do you want to work this company?
Because I wanted to be a police woman for a long time. I like Kumamoto very much, but there are many crimes in Kumamoto. It is a pity, so I want to make Kumamoto a good place to live, so I want to work this company.
9, Why don't you work now?
Because I am a University student. To be a police woman, I have to study a lot. I must study economic, law and English. There are many foreign people in Japan, so I must speak English well. I have to study to be a police woman.
10, What book have you read lately?
I read an Enhlish book. To read English books is very good way to improve English. When I become a police woman, I may come in contact with foreigner. So I have to study English, so I often read English books.
11,If your work was criticized, what would you do?
Everyone has different ideas, so some people may agree with my work, some people may not. But it is natural. When I play softball, sometimes I am criticized by my team mates. But I receive those opinion. Those may become good for me. So when my work was criticized, I recieve that.
12, What are your outside interests?
I like to exercise. I like sports very much. So I play softball five days a week and I do surfing once a week. And I like running. I often run outside at night. I like fishing too. I am not good at fishing, but when I get fishes, I am glad. I like to listening to music. I often listen EXILE, Miriya Kato etc.
13, What do you think of reporting to a younger person or woman?
I don't care. When I was working at a part time job, I worked with a woman who was younger than I. I was taught many things from her. And I can use honorific to a younger person, so I don't care about reporting to a younger person.
14, Can you lie for the company?
I can't lie for the company, because it is not good to lie. I think that at first it may look good, but after that it must be bad for the company. I think police must be honest.
15,Looking back, what would you do in your life?
I have done what I wanted to do. I tried many things. Sometimes I failed, but I tried as hard as I could, so I don't regret anything. So I am satisfied with my life.
16,Can you work under pressure?
Yes, I can. I am always quietly. I seldom panic. If I am involved with hard work, I can consider calmly. So I can work under pressure.
17,What makes you angry?
I don't like person who lie. So when a people lie to me, I get angry very much. I think it is very important to keep good relationship. So people wholie makes me angry.
18, Who inspired you in your life? Why?
My high school teacher has inspired in my life, because she taught me many things. When I was a high school student, I wanted to leave high school. So I often absented high school. But my teacher persuaded that I went to school. Because of the teacher, I graduated from high school and I can go to University now.
19, What was the toughest decision you had ever made.
To decide University was the toughest decision I ever had to make. My parents wanted me to go to University in Saga, because my hometown is Saga. But in that Universty, I can't study English and go abroad. So I wanted to go to Kumamoto. But if I go to Kumamoto, I have to live by myself. So I worried about it. But I wanted to study English and go abroad. So I decided to go to Kumamoto.
20, What was the most boring job you ever had?
I worked at part time job in supermarket. I had handed out leafrets to many customers for six hours. It was only to handed out to keep standing. My feet and arms hurted. So the job was the most boring job I ever had.
21, We worry about your English ability.
I am not satisfied with my English ability too. But I like English very much and I want to study English, so next month I will go to Australia for a month. I think that I will be able to learn English a lot in Australia. So I will try to talk with Australian people in English many times.
22, Can you work at nights and weekends?
I want to be a police woman. I know that police have to work nights and weekends. It may be hard and busy. But crimes and accidents may happen at nights and weekends, so I don't care about working at nights and weekends.
23, Do you like to relocate or traveling?
I like to travel very much. I can drive a car and I like to travel. So I often travel by my car, and I will go to Okinawa next month. I can eat delicious foods and I can see beautiful sea. And it doesn't matter to relocate, because my father's job is a banker. So when I was a child, my father relocated many times. So I used to relocate. I can make new friends.
24, If your bos suggested you an idea which you doesn't like, what would you do?
I am honest. So I can't lie. I tell to the bos my idea. People has some different ideas. So the bosmay like my idea or may not. But it is no matter. To tell my idea is important. I think it is not good not to tell own idea.
25,Can I contact your teacher?
Yes, my high school teacher knows about me very much. She is a honest woman, so she must tell truth. She will tell you what I did when I was a high school student.
26, Please tell me your creativity?
I like to exercise very much. So I exercise everyday, because to be a police, I need strength. Then I made my special menu. The menu is running, muscle training, swinging a bat. It is hard for me, but I enjoy it.
27,Where do you use your improvement?
I keep watching news TV. To know economy in Japan is very important to be a police. And I keep writing blogs in English. Foreign people live Kumamoto too. So I have to study English. To keep writing blog is good for me.
28, What do you worry about?
I run everyday, but I can't run fast. I am the slowest runner in our softball club. To be a police, I have to run fast. SO I want to run more fast. So I worry about it.
29, How many hours do you study a week?
I study seven hours a week now. I study an hour a day. It is custom. I think it is good for me to keep something. But period of exam, I study more.
30,What do you think the most difficult part about this job?
I think that some people look down on police woman. Some people think that police is man's work. I want to work as hard as police man. So I think it is the most difficult part about this job.
31,What are your goals?
Immediate goal is to live by my saraly. I am helped by my parents now. So I want to live by my saraly, then I want my parents to be relief. Long term goal is to build a family. I want to keep working even if I marry. And I want my child to be happy.
32, How much do you want?
I want about one hundred eighty thousand yen, I think it is average for a police, but if I become to be able to work harder, I want more.
33, What is success?
I think that success is to be happy. I want to live by my saraly. Then I will marry, and I want my child to be happy. I think it is success.
It was very hard to consider those answer!!!!!
cookies
Today I made cookies! It was very easy. I introduce the recipe. First I dissolved butter. Second, I mixed butter, flour, an egg and suger. Third, I modeled that. Finally I baked that. It was about twenty minutes to finish cooking, so it was very easy. I ate cookies myself. I ate too much.

food
When I finished today's examination, I went back home soon, because I wanted to go to bed very much. So I slept well. When I was sleeping, a bell rang. My friend came to my house. We went to supermarket to buy foods. I bought many things, for example, cabbage, mushroom, pumpkin and meat of horse. I like meat of horse very much. When I came to Kumamoto at first, I ate it. I thought it was very delicious! So I like it very much. Have you every eaten meat of horse? If you haven't, you have to eat it!
test
Today there is a speaking test! I worried about it very much. Last noght, I studied a lot. We had to speak English and write English. At that test, I talked with Katsuya. We talked about best friends. I was very nervous. But I think that we could talk well. I want to finish all exam!!!
book review
I read this book. The boy wanted a balloon. So his parents bought him a baloon. But he broke that. So his parents bought him again. Then his father found a balloon outside. He thought the baloon was his son's baloon. So he chased the baloon. It was very hard, but the balloon was not his son's. It was funny story. I don't like balloon, because it breaks suddenly. I am afraid of that.
book review
I read this book. This is a baby sitter's story. Children were not good boys, so they acted up. They scattered at home. So the baby sitter was very busy at that time. I think that baby sitter is very hard, so I can not. Child is very cheerful. They are cute, but sometimes do bad things. So I have to scold. But I do not like to scold. So I don't want to be a baby sitter.

diary
Yesterday I ate dinner with Manami. I had to study, but I was very tired. So I didn't want to cook dinner. So I ate dinner. We ate a lot, chicken, eggplant, salad, sweet corn, etc. Those were very delicious. We talked a lot. The inn is near Kumamoto Gakuen University. So usually there are many students there. But now is exam period. So there were a few students there. We ate too much. Arriving at home, I studied. But I was hungry at that time. So I went to a convenience store. Then I bought a cake, ice cream, chocolates etc. I bought too much. Then arriving at home, I ate too much again. I like sweets very much. Then I tried to study. But I wanted to sleep very much. So I went to bed. I don't like to study very much. Today there was a Japanese economic theory. I don't like it very much, because economic is very difficult for me. But I tried as I could. Tomorrow there will be speaking test. I will try as hard as I can!
speaking class
I interviewed many people about many things in speaking class. At first, it was very bother and I didn't like that. But now, I can interview many people easily, It became easy to make some questions. To be a good English speaker, It is very good to talk many people. In speaking class, I have many chance to talk in English.
finals and reports
I interviewed Yui about finals and reports in speaking class. I write it now. She has about thirteen finals. She thinks American culture history will be the easiest final, because these questions are easy. She thinks Japanese economic theory will be the most difficult final, because she is not good at economic. She doesn't have any reports. She doesn't like reports, because writing report is difficult for her. She have written English movie report. She likes researching better than writing, because researching is fun. She thinks that report is difficult, because she doesn't like writing, but she have never given up writing report.
books
I interviewed Mika about books in speaking class. I write it now. She likes reading books, because she likes novel very much. She read Sekachu the last. It was love story. She doesn't konw who wrote it. She read it when she was a hogh school student. It took about four weeks to read the book. She taught it was so so, because it was too sweet. It was about a couple's story. Harry potter is the best book she read. It was a fantasy story. J.K roading wrote it. She read the book when she was a junior high school student. It was about a boy who study magic. She doesn't use money for books. She read a book a month. She likes Japanese book better than English book, because English book is difficult to read. She doesn't write books, Because she thinks that she has no sence. She has five or six books.
Reading
I interviewed Suzuka about reading in speaking class. I write it now. She read newspapers everyday. She takes Kumanichi, because it contains local news. She thinks it is good. She likes TV column, because she likes TV. She read "SWEET". It is magazine. She read it, because it is sweet and cute. She buys it once a month, because it is issued once a month. She reads lia game, because it is at home. She doesn't buy it, because her family buys it. She reads newspaper everyday, because she wants to read TV guide. She gets someinformation from news papers. She likes magazine about fashion, because she likes fashion. She spends for magazines about 2000 yen a month. She wants to make comics, because it is exciting.

cell phones and computers
I interviewed Asami about cell phones and computers in speaking class. She likes cell phone, because it is very convenient. She has a cell phone. It is docomo. It has a camera. She makes telephone calls twice a day. She sends e mail twentieth a day. She spends 8000 yen every month. She likes computers, because it is very convenient. She has a computer. It is windows. She uses it for net shopping. She uses it for two hours everyday. She doesn't use the computer for sending e mails. She bought a cell phone when she entered high school at first. She has lost her cell phone. She can use the computer well. She likes cell phones better than computers. She likes e mails so so.
Money
I interviewed Anna about money in speaking class. I write it. She gets money at a part time job. She gets about 40000 yen a month. She has a bank account. It is Kumamoto family bank. It is Kengun branch. She has a post office account too. It is wakaba branch. She often withdraw money, because she wants many clothes. She doesn't have a credit card. She spends money. It depends on the day. If she given 10000 yen, she goes shopping. She doesn't think she will get much money in the future, because she wants to be a house keeper. She spent 20000 yen a day the best. She gets 40000 yen a month. She have picked up money last month. She has never lost money.
best friends
I interviewed Mikiko about best friends in speaking class. I write it. Her best friend at KGU is Yui. She has known her for two years. She met her at speaking class. Yui is taller than her. Yui is funny. Her best friend in high school is Ai. She has known her for five years. She met her when she was a freshman. The class was same. Ai is small. She likes fighting. She goes to technical college now. Mikiko met her last month. Her best friend at junior high school and elementary school is Tomomi. She has known her for fifteen years. She lives near her house. She is as tall as Mikiko. She is shy. She works now. Mikiko met her last week. She had quarrels with her best friend in highschool. Her best friend in high school is cute. So shi likes Ai. Mikiko thinks that best friends are necessary. She gotten something from her best friend in high school. She doesn't know secrets about her.
Hospitals, doctors and dentists
I interviewed Katsuya about hospitals, doctors and dentists in speaking class. I write it. He was in the hospital the longest time when he was born. His family doctor is South Kumamoto hospital's doctor. He likes him, because he is very kind. He went there in September the last, because he scraped his elbow. His family dentist is Teramoto dentist. He likes him, because he is so kind. He went there three years ago, because he is busy. He doesn't have good teeth. He has four cavities and four fillings. He wants to be a doctor, because he wants to save many people. He thinks so so about medical bill. He can drink capsules easily. There is a hospital near his house. He has seen many beautiful doctors.
University and High school
I interviewed about university and high school in speaking class. I interviewed Yuko. I write it. She likes this school, because she has a lot of friends. KGU is in Kumamoto, so she chose this school. KGU is near her house. It takes about thirty minutes to arrive KGU by train from her house. She likes the campus, because it is easy to meet friends. She likes teachers, because they are friendly. She likes other students, because they are very kind. She went to Daiichi high school. She had reunions. She had a lot of good friends, it is her memories. KGU is so so. She can wake up late. It is a good point. She wants to be a high school student again, because it was very fun. She likes to study in University, because she likes to study, she has many good friends. It is the best thing about University and high school. Her high school was not close to her house. It took about thirty minutes by bicycle.
Food and Cooking
I interviewed about food and cooking in speaking class. I interviewed to Asami. I will introduce that. She usually eats bread at breakfast. Her mother prepares it. She ate dinner at her house yesterday, because she was at home. She ate fried fish and soup. She drank a cup of tea. She seldom cooks, but she cooks omlette. She wraps ketchup rice to an egg. She eats out twice a week. Her favorite restaurant is joyful, because whose dishes are cheap and delicious. It is near her house. She went there yesterday. Her favorite food is cakes. She likes cooking so so, because it makes her tired. She uses about a thousand yen when she eats out. She can cook omlette the best. She dislikes onion.
